Privacy Policy
What this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Last updated: November 5, 2026
1. Who we are
This website is operated by RevMesh LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered office at 75 E 3rd St, Ste 7, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. RevMesh LLC is the controller of the personal information described here. Our team works remotely from North Macedonia. For any privacy question or request, write to projects@revmesh.io.
2. What we collect
- Project form. When you send the project form, what you enter is delivered to our Google Workspace (our mailbox, a private spreadsheet of enquiries and a private folder for attachments): typically your name, work email, company, website, revenue range, platforms, systems, the problem you describe and any files you attach. We store with it where your first visit came from, such as an ad or another site, and which service pages you viewed. If direct sending is unavailable, the form opens an email draft in your own mail app instead.
- Unfinished forms. Once you enter a valid email address in the project form, we may save what you’ve entered so far to the same spreadsheet, even if you don’t send the form, so we can follow up with you. We don’t do this for browsers set to a European time zone, browsers sending a Global Privacy Control signal, or browsers where you’ve turned tags off in our Cookie Policy. To have an unfinished form deleted, write to us at the address above.
- Emails. Anything you send us by email, and our replies.
- Analytics. Google Analytics and PostHog record how the site is used: pages viewed, time on page, clicks, the site that referred you, device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. PostHog may also record sessions (clicks, scrolling and page changes) so we can see how pages work for visitors. What you type into form fields is masked.
- Advertising. Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn tags record that your browser visited this site, which pages it viewed, and whether the visit showed interest in our services, such as viewing several service pages or spending time on one. This lets those platforms show you RevMesh ads elsewhere and tell us whether our ads led to an enquiry. What you enter in the project form isn’t sent to these tags.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data for each request: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.
These tags set cookies. The Cookie Policy lists each one and explains how to opt out. For visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google Analytics and Google Ads run without cookies. Browsers set to a European time zone don’t load the Meta or LinkedIn tags, and PostHog runs for them without cookies or session recordings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don’t load our advertising tags or record your session.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal you asked for: steps you request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in responding.
- To follow up on a project form you started but didn’t send: our legitimate interest in responding to people interested in our services. You can object at any time.
- To understand and improve the site, and to advertise our services: our legitimate interest in promoting our business. You can opt out at any time, as the Cookie Policy explains.
- To run and secure the website: our legitimate interest in keeping it available and protected from abuse.
- For clients, to keep the business and tax records the law requires.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.
4. Who receives it
- Google: Google Workspace (email, form delivery and storing enquiries), Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- PostHog: website analytics and session recordings.
- Meta Platforms: the Meta pixel, for Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- LinkedIn: the LinkedIn Insight Tag, for LinkedIn advertising.
- Railway: hosting for this website and its server logs.
Google Workspace, PostHog and Railway process data only on our behalf. The advertising platforms also use the data they collect through their tags for their own purposes, under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
5. Where it is processed
Our providers process data mainly in the United States, and our team accesses it from North Macedonia. Where the law of your country restricts such transfers, we rely on the safeguards these providers offer, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: deleted within 24 months of our last contact, or sooner on request.
- Client correspondence and records: for the relationship, and then for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Google Analytics data: up to 14 months.
- PostHog data: for the period our plan with PostHog sets, currently 1 year for analytics data and 1 month for session recordings.
- Cookies: for the periods listed in the Cookie Policy.
- Server logs: for the limited period set by our hosting provider’s log retention.
7. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, and ask us to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to send it to you in a portable format. Write to projects@revmesh.io; we reply within one month.
You may also complain to a data protection authority. In North Macedonia that is the Personal Data Protection Agency (azlp.mk). In the EU or UK, it is the authority in your country.
If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law, you can ask what we hold about you and ask us to delete it. Our advertising cookies may count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context advertising under some of those laws. You can opt out through the links in our Cookie Policy, or by turning on Global Privacy Control, which we honour.
8. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS, and access to our email, hosting and advertising accounts is restricted and protected with two-factor authentication.
9. Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
