The technical partner responsible for the systems between traffic and retained revenue.

Modern DTC revenue runs through a mesh of platforms. We engineer the connections that keep it accurate, fast and profitable.

What RevMesh is

RevMesh is a specialist engineering practice for high-volume commerce operations — brands where a tracking discrepancy, a broken subscription flow or a checkout defect has meaningful financial consequences. Our work sits in the layer most agencies avoid: the connections between ad platforms, trackers, funnels, CheckoutChamp, payment processors, subscription systems, customer portals and analytics.

The name is the thesis. Revenue-critical systems only work as a mesh: every platform is correct in isolation and wrong at the seams. Someone has to own those seams. That’s the job we take.

What RevMesh is not

We are not a generic web-development agency, a CRO strategy shop, a media buyer or a low-cost outsourced dev team. We don’t sell packages, and we don’t publish a rate card — every engagement is scoped around the infrastructure involved and the commercial impact of the problem.

Who we work with

Primarily established DTC and subscription brands — supplement and wellness operators, CheckoutChamp businesses, teams buying significant paid and native media. Built for revenue-critical commerce infrastructure; if your volume makes small technical failures expensive, you’re in the right place. Scaling brands with technically complex funnels, and agencies needing specialist engineering support, are welcome too.

operating principles
  • Diagnose before building — the symptom is rarely the cause
  • Own the seams — cross-platform failures need one responsible party
  • Refuse unearned complexity — fewer moving parts, fewer 3am incidents
  • Build for production — QA, monitoring, documentation, maintainability
  • Tie engineering to economics — every fix should out-earn its invoice
  • No fabricated proof — we'd rather show technical depth than invented numbers

what we turn down

We’d rather lose the project than take the wrong one.

Specialist work only stays specialist if the scope stays honest. A shortlist of what we decline is more useful than a capabilities deck — so here it is, with the reasoning.

Work where the fix doesn't pay for itself

If the engineering costs more than the problem, we'll say so. That conversation is free and it happens before the proposal, not after the invoice.

Marketing strategy dressed as technical work

We advise on the implementation of conversion and retention systems. We don't write your media plan or run your creative testing.

Rebuilds commissioned before diagnosis

Replacing a system nobody has traced usually reproduces the original bug in newer code. We'll want to find the actual failure first.

Projects with no access to the systems involved

We work from your real environment. Read access to the relevant platforms isn't a formality — without it we'd be guessing, expensively.

Retainers where a one-off fix would do

Ongoing engineering should exist because the system needs continuous ownership, not because it's a convenient way to bill.

If none of those describe your situation, the next step is a technical audit or a project brief.
